Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gmacreative.com and any services provided by GMA Creative House (“GMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Los Angeles-based creative production and marketing company located at 3016 E Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90023.

By using our site or accepting a proposal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

GMA provides the following services:

• Studio Rental — access to our 2,000 sq ft production facility in Los Angeles.
• Photo and Video Production — on-site creative production services including photography and videography.
• Full Service Social Media — content strategy, platform management, community engagement, and monthly reporting.
• Full Service Marketing & AI Automation — SEO, AI-driven marketing operations, performance campaigns, and full-funnel reporting.

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are set out in your proposal, which forms part of these Terms upon acceptance.

Proposals are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a proposal is completed by checking the agreement checkbox and completing payment via our secure checkout. Expired proposals must be re-issued before acceptance.

GMA reserves the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you authorise the charge(s) specified in your proposal.

• One-time services (studio rental, production) are charged in full at checkout.
• Monthly retainer services (social media management, marketing & AI automation) are charged monthly via Stripe subscription. Your first payment includes any one-time setup or production fees.

All amounts are in USD. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Monthly retainer services require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. After the minimum period, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.

One-time production services are non-refundable once a shoot date has been confirmed. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Monthly retainer fees paid are non-refundable. If you cancel before the end of your minimum commitment period, remaining months in the commitment period become immediately due.

Photo and video deliverables are typically delivered via private online gallery within 3–6 weeks of your shoot date. Timelines for marketing and social media deliverables are agreed in your proposal or kickoff documentation.

Timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including client delays in providing required materials or approvals.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your engagement. GMA retains the right to use your final deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

GMA retains ownership of all underlying tools, processes, and frameworks used to produce deliverables.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMA’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
