GMA Creative House (“GMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates gmacreative.com and provides creative production, studio rental, and marketing services. Our studio is located at 3016 E Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90023.

We collect information you provide directly:

• Quiz submissions — name, email address, and your answers to our qualification quiz.
• Pitch deck access — email address used to access our pitch deck.
• Proposal and payment information — name and email address associated with proposals. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
• Event bookings — contact details submitted through our events system.
• Direct communications — any information you send us by email or otherwise.

We also collect information automatically when you visit our site, including pages viewed, time spent, browser type, and approximate location. This is collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

• To send you your quiz results and follow-up communications based on your responses.
• To create and send proposals for our services.
• To process payments and send payment confirmations.
• To communicate about bookings, projects, and ongoing engagements.
• To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.

Transactional emails related to proposals and payments cannot be opted out of while an engagement is active.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Quiz submissions and email lists are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Proposal and payment records are retained for a minimum of seven years for accounting and legal compliance.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
